Facebook and Instagram marketing


First thing you should know is you can not use Facebook or Instagram ads for your CBD business. You will be cut off of ads for trying this. Lessons learned the hard way. 

There are other ways you can use these sites though. 

Facebook 

I have not found a good video on marketing on facebook that doesn't involve ads. So here is what I am doing. Here is a training call on marketing on facebook. To start your own CBD business go here.

  1. Get more friends. You can have 5000 friends so this should be the end goal. Be careful a lot of people use Facebook as a hook up site and will message you very gross things. Others will get mad. Block the nasty people and let the rude ones unfriend you. That's just more room on your friends list for people that actually might buy CBD or want to sell. 
  2. Remove all offensive or drama material. No one is going to take your business seriously if it's full of this stuff. Unless it is directly related to how CBD is helping you or others. 
  3. Share more tben just CBD. Whatever your hobby is share that. I read somewhere your feed should be 3 to 1. Three non CBD post to one CBD post. 
  4. Be unique in your post. Explore who your target audience is. This is easier if you relate to them. So why are you using CBD. Play on that. 
  5. Back to friends for a moment. Facebook only lets you see a small amount of the post your friends do. So be active with them comment, like, share on their post so facebook can see that you want to see each others stuff. I go through my list and pick at least 5 people a day to scroll through there feed and I will like, comment, and share a few of their things. 
  6. Find groups with your target audience in them. Join and comment on posts putting CBD out there. 
  7. Every time you get a new friend with messenger. Send them a message saying hi and welcome to your friends list. Then say something about what you post on and CBD. 
  8. Only find friends that you can sell to. There may be more these are the ones I know off the top of my head.

Small victory for mom

Yesterday after getting the kids to school I called the school to discuss them giving my kid with food allergies chart in his file school lunch. I don't have him signed up for it, he brings his own lunch, and they want to charge me $2 something. Needless to say I was beyond upset. I took my CBD and made the call. I had to leave a message.  I braced myself for more crazy as the phone rang and it was the kid's school. This week has been nuts with Tuesday being the only good day my son had. "WTF now" I said right before answering.  It was a lady about the school lunches. She tells me we can put a block on him getting the school lunches. I just have to write a note to the school board. Thank you. Now we can maybe get these behaviors under control.  Now maybe we can get these behaviors under control!

CBD please give me strength

This last week with my oldest has tested me to my limits. A little background: my oldest is 11 with anxiety, depression, and PTSD. This presents as anger. If this wasn't hard enough I have off and on depression and anxiety.  So my oldest has been refusing his CBD the last few weeks because he wants to go against what I say. P.S. once upon a time he was diagnosed with ODD. The diagnosis was only taken away because he was doing good on the CBD. It takes a lot of work for him to take the CBD these days. Sometimes he spits it out and some days he doesn't have it at all.  He has also decided he will be eating foods he is allergic to. This being milk, eggs, wheat, and peanuts. Halloween started this carp. For Halloween I normally get him candies he can have so after trick or treating he can trade.
