Berry Smoothie

Image
1 scoop protein powder 1 scoop green powder 2 tablespoons cinnamon coconut oil 1/2 cup blue berries  1/2 cup mixed berries 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon turmeric 1 package emergen-c Fill rest of the blender with almond milk.  Mix all together in a blender. Enjoy. Most mornings we make a smoothie. I started this because the boys don't eat breakfast until about 10 or later. Then they weren't really eating lunch at school either. So a healthy smoothie seemed like a good answer for issue. I believe in just eating when your hungry, but they would fast most of the day then eat a lot at dinner. This is not a healthy approach to eating. The base is protein powder, green powder, almon milk, ginger, and turmeric.

You will need: 1 tomato chopped 3 mushrooms chopped 1 carrot shredded 1 celery chopped 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast 1 tablespoons honey mustard 2 tablespoons vegan mayo Onion powder to taste I used about 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder to taste I did about 1/4 teaspoon Secret ingredient is crushed Takis to taste I did about a tablespoon.  Tortillas gluten free Mix it all together except the tortilla. Put in a tortilla and enjoy.  My son gave me some takis that was mostly crumbs so I put them in my wrap mix. It was super yummy.

Super easy and yummy almost raw almond joys.  You will need: Chocolate part 10 dates soaked 1/4cup cocoa powder 1 teaspoon vanilla Mix well in food processor or if you don’t have one on low heat add a little water. Mix until you have it all blended. Almond part 1/2 cup almonds chopped Coconut part 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/cup coconut shredded 2 tablespoons Almond milk or whatever kind you have Here is where you get creative and make it your own.  You could: Layer in a dish the parts. For this double the chocolate part. Layer chocolate, almond, coconut, and chocolate. Make balls using the chocolate on the outside then place the almonds and coconut one inside. Or mix all together and press in a dish. Store in fridge. Enjoy
