Last night my oldest had another anxiety attack. He has been doing pretty good this week. Two things set him off last night.  First he messaged his dad and his dad never messaged him back. This is the second day he tried to talk to him. This is nothing new for his dad. It's been like this forever. My oldest thought "hey since I'm going there over Thanksgiving break maybe he will talk to me." Broke his heart, of course.😢 Next I told my kiddos that their brother would be coming for Christmas. This is my son from another mother. Love him like my own💖. Anyway my oldest doesn't get along with him at all. They are the same age and this has been a battle since the beginning.  So my oldest goes into full anxiety attack. Starting to amp up behaviors. Picking on the dog and his brother. Facebook and Instagram marketing

First thing you should know is you can not use Facebook or Instagram ads for your CBD business. You will be cut off of ads for trying this. Lessons learned the hard way.  There are other ways you can use these sites though.  Facebook   I have not found a good video on marketing on facebook that doesn't involve ads. So here is what I am doing. Here is a training call on marketing on facebook.   To start your own CBD business go here. Get more friends. You can have 5000 friends so this should be the end goal. Be careful a lot of people use Facebook as a hook up site and will message you very gross things. Others will get mad. Block the nasty people and let the rude ones unfriend you. That's just more room on your friends list for people that actually might buy CBD or want to sell.  Remove all offensive or drama material. I'm at work on my first 16 hour shift of the weekend. I get a text from my sister. She says my boys got into a fight. My husband was at the store. Thankfully we all live together so they were not alone. Anyway fighting between my boys is very normal, although it doesn't get physical a lot of the time. This time, however, my oldest went to far and left marks on my younger ones neck. Anger, harming others, and destruction is nothing new to us. Once upon a time my older one would try to attack any kid around over the age of 2 during a freak out. This was before we found out about his food allergies and CBD. I was positive he was autistic. He was tested after the diet changes and CBD. Which I researched helped autistic kids. The test came back he was not autistic. I start to show him what emotions were and how I deal with them.
