Last night my oldest had another anxiety attack. He has been doing pretty good this week. Two things set him off last night.  First he messaged his dad and his dad never messaged him back. This is the second day he tried to talk to him. This is nothing new for his dad. It's been like this forever. My oldest thought "hey since I'm going there over Thanksgiving break maybe he will talk to me." Broke his heart, of course.😢 Next I told my kiddos that their brother would be coming for Christmas. This is my son from another mother. Love him like my own💖. Anyway my oldest doesn't get along with him at all. They are the same age and this has been a battle since the beginning.  So my oldest goes into full anxiety attack. Starting to amp up behaviors. Picking on the dog and his brother. Kids don't want to take their cbd? Put it in the food. If you have an instapot this is a one pot meal. Noodles Place whatever gluten free noodles you like in the instapot with 1 jar of spaghetti sauce and 1 jar of water. Cook on manual for 4 min. Or make noodles on the stove top according to the box. Then drain and add sauce, but no water. The cheese sauce -2 cups soaked cashews if your like me and forget to soak them no worries. Put some water to cover the cashews in the instapot and saute for 10 min. Or bring to a boil on the stove for 10 min. -drain cashews and place in a food processor until peanut butter smooth you can add a little water if you want to help it along. About 1 tablespoon at a time. -add 1/4 cup nutritional yeast ... Blend -add 1 tablespoon of garlic and onion powders...
