Homemade Granola

Homemade granola, trail mix, and pumpkin seeds. Granola: 2 cups Gluten free oats, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, 1 tablespoon nutmeg, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract Mix all together. Warm up 1 tablespoons coconut oil and 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey. Mix with the oat mixture. Pop it in the dehydrator for about 5 hours at 115.

Pain Relief Body Scrub

This body scrub is so amazing after yoga or any workout especially if your like me and want to push your body as far as it will go. You only need a few things: A jar melted coconut oil epsom salt something to stir with Turmeric essential oil 10 drops (for pain) Lavender essential 10 drops (to cover the smell of the turmeric and is really good for your skin) Frankincense essential oil 10 drops (for skin) rosemary essential oil 10 drops (this is optional I use it to keep my mind fresh) Ylang Ylang essential oil 10 drops (optional I like the smell) Mix all together. You want the epsom to fill the jar about 3/4 of the way. Add coconut oil and other oils to moisten the epsom salt. Take it to the shower and enjoy.

Carpet Freshener

Carpet freshener is so simple to make. All you need is a box of baking soda and essential oils. That's it. Today I used lavender and peppermint, about 10 drops each. Shake good and sprinkle on your carpet. I decided lavender for a calming effect. Peppermint is for my headache. Both mixed with lemon will give you an allergy relief blend. I swear by this blend!!!
