Homemade Granola
Homemade granola, trail mix, and pumpkin seeds.
Granola:
2 cups Gluten free oats,
1 tablespoon cinnamon,
1 tablespoon nutmeg,
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Mix all together. Warm up 1 tablespoons coconut oil and 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey. Mix with the oat mixture. Pop it in the dehydrator for about 5 hours at 115.
