Super easy instapot recipe  -1lb pinto beans dried - 7 cups water -1 onion (I placed mine in the food processor you can cut yours how you like.) -2 tablespoons garlic -1 tablespoon cumin -6 tablespoons butter flavored coconut oil dog is in half -CBD oil link in bio to shop. https://awakenedvegan.myctfo.com/ Pick out all broken beans and rinse well. #1 In the instapot place beans, onion, garlic, 3 tablespoons butter flavored coconut oil, and water. Cook on meat/stew or chilli for 45 min let natural release. #2 drain beans. Place in blender or food processor and blend until your liking. #3 put back in instapot hit saute. Add the other 3 tablespoons butter flavored coconut oil, cumin, and CBD. Cook until the instapot says hot. Enjoy😋 Having taco salad that I'm putting this with tonight.
