Researching CBD and cooking

Today I'm on a mission to research cooking with CBD. Making a magical blend of mom life, vegan life, and CBD. Why because this is me in a nutshell. I am vagen my family is part vegan. I'm a mom and wife and we all take CBD. So why not combined it all. Things I have learned so far: #1 most people cooking with CBD are not using CBD products they are using hemp oil made from the hemp seed. We will change this. #2 CBD will start to evaporate after being heated above 320 to 356 degrees. We will stick to using in foods after its cooled a bit or not cooked. Raw foods, drinks and frosting are main areas I will focus first. #3 light and air exposure can greatly effect the potency of the oil. It is best to consume the oil right away. This means you need to eat your magical goods right away. Looks like I have to eat all the frosting darn😏 #4 cbd can be placed in the fridge, but shouldn't be place in the freezer. Cheese lasagna vegan and gluten free

This was so yummy. I will give you the recipe for a cheese lasagna, but feel free to add veggies. I added 1 zucchini, 1 carrot, and 8 oz mushrooms. I hate blogs that go on and on so here we go.  Ricotta -15 oz or close to it pressed tofu. -1 cup soaked and drained cashews -1/3 cup coconut cream -2 tablespoons nutritional yeast -garlic to taste (for me a tablespoon) -salt just a pinch (I use pink salt) -2 tablespoons nutmeg -1/4 cup vegan creamer/milk possible (if your mixture is to thick add a tablespoon at a time until you have it the way you want it) Mix all but creamer/milk. Add creamer/milk if needed a tablespoon at a time.  The lasagna (shopping list below) -Ricotta mix -spaghetti sauce (1 jar) -lasagna noodles (1 box) Grab a casserole dish or whatever you want to use. His 4 stages of a freak out

The last few days we have made great progress. My oldest has been taking CBD twice daily since Sunday. Behaviors are for the most part going down. My oldest is also ate yesterday's lunch he brought. We are headed in the right direction. Last night he had an anxiety attack because I had a meeting at work today and he would have to ride the bus home. I should have got home about the time he did if not someone would be here. But this was not helping him. He lost it and started getting angry and destructive. When this happens we have to go through his stages at his pace. This can take a half hour or hours. First stage: anger and destruction. This is either dealt with by alone time or restraining him. This depends on the level of destruction happening and if he is safe to himself and others. Second stage: annoying all around. This is done by name calling, noises, putting them down, and whatever else will make people mad. If this stage is not handled properly you can move back...
