Tropical Oatmeal



Recipe

  • ½ cup oats gluten free
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 2 pineapple rounds or a handful of pineapple pieces 
  • Handful shredded coconut 
  • Spoonful vanilla coconut spread

Mix the oats and milk warm on stove to medium heat, in microwave 2 minutes, or in instant pot saute medium heat. Transfer to bowl then add coconut spread, pineapple, and shredded coconut. Mix together and enjoy. 

I often have oatmeal for breakfast and the same old thing gets boring. Normally I go through the kitchen and see what we have that will make oatmeal for fun. This was super tasty.
