Recipe ½ cup oats gluten free ½ cup almond milk 2 pineapple rounds or a handful of pineapple pieces  Handful shredded coconut  Spoonful vanilla coconut spread Mix the oats and milk warm on stove to medium heat, in microwave 2 minutes, or in instant pot saute medium heat. Transfer to bowl then add coconut spread, pineapple, and shredded coconut. Mix together and enjoy.  I often have oatmeal for breakfast and the same old thing gets boring. Normally I go through the kitchen and see what we have that will make oatmeal for fun. This was super tasty. 

Recipe Bob's Red Mill gluten-free pancake mix. 1 can cherry pie filling #1 Grease whatever pan you want to use. I used a 9 in pie pan.   #2 mix up 1 batch of pancake mix according to the directions on the back of the package.I replaced milk for almond milk, butter was replaced with butter flavor coconut oil, and egg was replaced with ¼ cup applesauce per egg.   #3 pour pancake mix in pan and even out #4 pour cherry pie filling over pancake mix and even out.  #5 bake at 350 for about 30 min or until done in the middle.  We are seriously watching what we spend to get out of debt. Check out how we are doing that here . So this was super cheap to make. We already had the pancake mix and everything for that. The cherry pie filling I found at the dollar store. You can add any pie filling you want to the top. I'm thinking about making a Smores one maybe this week if I can budget in graham crackers. Stay tuned for that.

Week two proved more productive. Dare I say I'm getting the hang of this. The yoga swing has take over my morning yoga. I'm spending about a half hour to 45 minutes on it.  Things I have learned this week That the second week you are not really sore. I have a good work out and can feel it. I just am not waking up really sore. Just my normal sore. Once I hope on the swing after getting the kids to the bus I feel better. I'm improving a lot in a short amount of time. My balance and ability to get farther into poses has increased over the last few weeks.  That the only thing holding me back is myself. My fears of falling or my lack of confidence is the only thing stoppi g me from doing poses. These upside down ones are scary but safe. After I try them I think that wasn't so hard. I have seriously steered away from bras with wire, tons of padding,  and pushup effects. These are not comfortable, the padding alway gets weird (deformed and lines), and are very expensive. I have been buying no boundaries brand for a few reasons.  It is cheap. I'm a mom on a budget I don't have $40 to spend per bra.  It is comfortable. I do tons of different things a day. I need a be a that going to make it until 9pm without killing me. This bra can go to the yoga mat and do everyday stuff. I don't have time to be changing bras between my daily missions. If I want to bust out a fast yoga session before getting the kids from school my bra needs to be able to handle it.  The padding is removable. First let me put it out there I'm all for solar energy. As far as I have researched it doesn't cause harm to the planet, animals, or humans. Other alternative energy can. We have had solar for a bit over a year now. I wish I had researched the facts of getting this system. At the time we were super busy with interior remodeling. I've been using essential oils for years now and I am always amazed when I find a new use for them. These days you can find tea tree oil everywhere. Online is the easiest way to get it. Normally I go for a pack of oils with tea tree in it and other main oils I use a lot.  What is tea tree oil go for? Antibacterial Anti-inflammatory Antifungal Antiviral How do I use tea tree every day?  Acne- I have a Chinese crested dog that is hairless. He is prone to acne. We are using tea tee oil for this. I put 8oz of witch hazel (good for acne and skin) with 10 drops of tea tree oil, lavender oil (good for acne, skin, and anxiety), and frankincense oil (good for skin and anxiety) in a jar. The steam mop is not just for the kitchen and bathroom floors anymore. Get wild and take that bad boy new places.  Carpets An easy transition is to steam mop your carpet. This helps with dust mites. These little guys are known to anger allergies. I've also noticed that this helps with the dog smell.  Mine was cheap and came with a carpet glider. My only complaint with it is the cord is to short. So I plugged in an extension cord and bam I can clean every room now. I just wrap it up with the rest of the cord so I can just plug it in and clean. This was my sons idea, brilliant.  Shower This bad boy is great for cleaning the shower doors, walls, and floors. This way I only have to scrub the corners. I received my yoga swing as a birthday gift and I'm in love with it. My husband hooked it up in our bedroom right into the ceiling. Thankfully we had just built the bedroom and knew where the beams were. It is very important to find the beams so the swing is secure and will hold you.  I then did a fast search on YouTube and found a ton of workouts to try. I will link a few for you.
