No cook blackberry muffins


No cook blackberry muffins vegan gluten free 
-5 soaked dates blended to paste
-3 tablespoons blackberry jelly
-3 tablespoons vegan cream cheese (made my own see the end)
- 1/2 cup almonds measured then chopped fine
-2 rice cakes I used caramel flavor chopped fine

Mix all together. Top with powdered sugar. I added 2 more tablespoons of jelly because I wanted a strong blackberry taste. 

Cream cheese
 -1 cup soaked cashews
-2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
-1 single serve yogurt
-2 tablespoons vegan creamer

Mix all together until smooth.
