Almost raw almond joy
Chocolate part
- 10 dates soaked
- 1/4cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix well in food processor or if you don’t have one on low heat add a little water. Mix until you have it all blended.
Almond part
- 1/2 cup almonds chopped
Coconut part
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/cup coconut shredded
- 2 tablespoons Almond milk or whatever kind you have
Here is where you get creative and make it your own.
You could:
- Layer in a dish the parts. For this double the chocolate part. Layer chocolate, almond, coconut, and chocolate.
- Make balls using the chocolate on the outside then place the almonds and coconut one inside.
- Or mix all together and press in a dish.
Store in fridge. Enjoy
