Last night my oldest had another anxiety attack. He has been doing pretty good this week. Two things set him off last night. First he messaged his dad and his dad never messaged him back. This is the second day he tried to talk to him. This is nothing new for his dad. It's been like this forever. My oldest thought "hey since I'm going there over Thanksgiving break maybe he will talk to me." Broke his heart, of course.😢 Next I told my kiddos that their brother would be coming for Christmas. This is my son from another mother. Love him like my own💖. Anyway my oldest doesn't get along with him at all. They are the same age and this has been a battle since the beginning. So my oldest goes into full anxiety attack. Starting to amp up behaviors. Picking on the dog and his brother. I made the mistake of going to the bathroom to get ready for bed and my younger one catches a pen to the face. By the time I come out my husband has my older one in his bedro...
